DEKC was responsible for the engineering of the vessel conversion required to integrate the eSAIL® into the existing ship. Our scope included the structural modifications, foundation design and all engineering required to safely incorporate the sail into the vessel while meeting class requirements. Close cooperation with Amasus, bound4blue, the classification society and Astander Shipyard ensured that the engineering supported an efficient installation process.
