Staying on course, together
At DEKC Maritime, our people shape more than engineering projects. They also help shape the future of our company. As an independent design & engineering partner, we continuously invest in strengthening our knowledge, our services and the value we create for our clients. Our direction is clear, but we believe that the best ideas for the next step come from the people who work with our clients and projects every day.
That is why we recently organized a DEKC Strategy Day. Rather than presenting a strategy from the top down, we invited colleagues from across the organization to actively contribute to it. Together, we explored developments in the maritime industry, discussed where we can create even more value for our clients and identified opportunities to further strengthen our organization.
The result was more than a collection of ideas. It created shared ownership of our future direction. By bringing together different disciplines, experience levels and perspectives, we sharpened our strategic focus while reinforcing what already makes DEKC unique: practical engineering, knowledge-driven craftsmanship and a genuine commitment to our clients.
The session was facilitated by Christiaan Strikwerda of Power One, who helped structure the discussions and translate the team’s input into a clear strategic foundation. The outcomes will help guide the continued development of DEKC Maritime in the years ahead.
Because the strongest course is the one you set together.
