Delfzijl Rowing Club
Sloeproeivereniging Delfzijl, supported by DEKC Maritime, took part in the Great River Race, a 21.6-mile rowing marathon along the Thames in London.
Sloeproeivereniging Delfzijl, supported by several local companies including DEKC Maritime, took part in the Great River Race, a 21.6-mile rowing marathon along the Thames in London, passing some of the city’s most iconic bridges.
With a rotating crew of four women and four men, the team showed strong determination and teamwork throughout the race. The sloep, proudly carrying the DEKC Maritime logo, made its way through the historic course.
With our colleague Linda Kuiters rowing for the association, this sponsorship has a natural connection to our team. It reflects values that are equally important in our daily work: collaboration, perseverance and a hands-on mindset.
We congratulate the team on their performance and look forward to following them in future races.
